I recently came back from Disneyland and was really scared that I had blown all of my hard work while on Nutrisystem. I won’t lie, I went off the plan but not too badly! I was worried about all the yummy food and how tempting it would be. I weighed yesterday and….you have to read till the end to find out if I gained, lost or stayed the same.
I have really grown to love being on the Nutrisystem Plan I feel like it has shaped the way I eat from now on. While at Disneyland I did indulge but I didn’t go overboard. In fact one of the treats I had was a frozen non dairy dessert…Dole Whip, I shared with my girls and had just enough to satisfy without going over board. For breakfast at our hotel I had half a waffle and a banana instead of an entire waffle, potatos, bacon, and fruit. I have learned that even though there are not so good choices around I can make the best of things!
Nutrisystem isn’t just a food plan, it’s a new way of life. I find myself talking to everyone about how great Nutrisystem is and how I have really loved being on this plan. I love that Nutrisystem lets me endulge with their good food and scack choices like my favorite Brownie Sundae, Ice Cream Sandwich and the Nutrisystem BBQ Snack Rounds! They have the perfect treats and snacks for when I really am craving something sweet or salty.
I love how many choices that I can have while on this plan! I love sharing all my info I have gathered with….everyone!
